Strategy & M&A advisory — SaaS software
We have walked the whole path.
We walk it again, with you.
We know every stage from the inside — we ran it, we did not observe it.

Where do you stand?
01 — Our engagements
What we have executed, and with whom.
Reabel Partners — The transactions we have run
A software company is not sold on a promise: it is sold on a proven trajectory. Here are ours — led alongside management teams, from acquisition thesis to closing. Alongside them sit the mandates entrusted to us without a transaction, including a SaaS transformation audit won against leading advisory firms.
Reabel Partners — The companies we have worked with
02 — AI strategy
From Software as a Service to Service as a Software.
Yesterday the software company shipped the tool and the customer did the work. Today the software does the work and the customer arbitrates.
AI opened that shift, and the shift is work to be done: we run it with your teams, from the maturity assessment to the go-to-market of the AI offering.
Doctrine & sovereignty — principles before tools: protected proprietary data, a strict demarcation line between code and data, human review before production.
AI-augmented products — your domain expertise encapsulated in guided workflows, with answers sourced from your certified data.
From R&D to the service delivered — code factory, corpus governance, packaging and pricing of the AI offering, all the way to pilot customers.
03 — Three positions
One competence, three positions.
European SaaS is one market. We work in it from three positions — alongside a company's leadership, alongside an investor, and on our own account. The position is stated on every deal.
A proprietary database — 300+ software companies mapped by value chain

Our investment portfolio
Eight holdings across SaaS. Hands-on when the stake justifies it, purely financial otherwise — a separate activity, distinct from our mandates.
See the portfolio →04 — The approach
Five acts, and the deal is only the last one. Or the first.
The same team that built the value defends it. It defends figures it produced itself.
Identify
A database unique in Europe: start-ups and established software companies, mapped by geography and customer value chain — ERP, CRM, SRM, smart buildings, big data.
Qualify
Revenue, EBIT, EBITDA, market shares: every target is objectified through collected and verified indicators, so that only real potential makes the cut.
Structure
The right vehicle, the right anchor partner, the right build-up thesis: the deal is built around the leadership's strategy — not the other way round.
Execute
Target approach, negotiation, closing — led by operators who have lived these transactions on both sides of the table.
Integrate
Durable synergies, measured on the P&L. This is where the investment thesis becomes real value — and where we make the difference.
Fix
We fix what your company is worth today, before we have touched anything. That is the reference for everything that follows — and for what is measured at exit.
Assess
Seven workstreams swept, a maturity score on each: financial steering, positioning, product, packaging & pricing, new business and retention, internal productivity, AI strategy. What the product holds, what the organisation holds, and what quietly costs value.
Locate
The gap between where you are and where you can go, dimension by dimension. The target is set together, on what is reachable — not on a template.
Execute
Every gap is converted into a costed impact: growth measured on ARR, productivity on EBITDA. Nothing enters the plan that does not translate into euros on one of the two. Then the plan is run with your teams, at the pace of your board. Not a report: work actually done.
Trigger
The sale is not a scheduled step. It is a decision taken together, on the day the indicators that drive valuation are green. We then run it through to closing.
A member of Aareon Group's management board (2014–2023) and Managing Director then President of Aareon France, Imad has led mergers, acquisitions and integrations while managing P&Ls of more than €100 million and teams of several hundred people.
The Partners
A team that has already built a market leader: from Sylogis.com to Aareon France, Reabel's Partners led and grew the French leader in real estate software together — and today cover AI, revenue, platforms and international markets.

Frequently asked
What executives ask us.
Who do you work with?
Founders, executives and shareholders of SaaS software companies across France and Europe: proptech, ERP, CRM, SRM, smart buildings and vertical software. And investors looking for an operator's perspective on those companies — from executives who have run P&Ls above €100M and led acquisitions on both sides of the table.
How are you different from an M&A boutique?
An M&A boutique optimises a transaction. We optimise your company's performance, well before any deal. We embed with your teams, as members of them, and we turn the indicators that drive valuation green. The sale comes afterwards, on the day shareholders decide.
How long does an engagement last?
Duration is not what matters — the diagnosis is, and the way the gap to the target valuation is closed. Some trajectories play out in a year, others take longer. We move at the pace of your company and its board.
What role does artificial intelligence play?
Two axes, and the first matters most: AI in your offering, to create value for your own clients; AI in your processes, to raise productivity. It is the only workstream that does both, and today it is the first lever of a software company's valuation.
How do I find out what my SaaS is worth?
Our valuation tool returns a range and the method behind it, in five minutes and with no commitment. It is where every conversation starts: you cannot measure a gap without knowing where you stand.
